Repairs are performed using special equipment, such as a watchmaker lathe, a precision bench drill, or a jacot tool.
The making of spare parts is mostly done in-house, but can also be handed over to specialized spare parts makers in certain cases.
Spare parts can also be sourced from specialized suppliers. To maximize the chances of finding the right spare part for your watch, I use suppliers all over the world.
The damaged part is then replaced with a brand new original part.
